online that is www.uidai.gov.in. In the
home page at the top right hand corner, there is a drop down menu on a mouse
click. Select the language as Gujarati.
Ø The website details will be shown in Gujarati making it easier to
understand for the native people of Gujarat.
Ø Select the site map at the bottom of the page, in the right hand
corner. The page will be navigated to series of link for various process. In
the list go to downloads and click on the forms.
Ø Applicant can view the download option. Click on it and download the
PDF format.
Ø Fill in all the details and submit it in the nearest center of
Aadhaar card.

Ø Submit the application form along with the required documents. Take
an appointment with the online appointment form. On the allotted date and time
visit the Aadhaar center along will all the original and xerox copies of the
documents.
