Here is the step by step process of Applying for Aadhar card in Goa:

Visit the official website of Aadhaar Card Government of India.
Fill in the details required like Full Name, Registered Mobile Number, Pin Code, etc.
Now, enter the captcha given there and click on generate One Time Password.
You will be sent an One Time Password on the registered Mobile Number.
Now, enter the OTP to reveal your Aadhaar Card UIDAI.

When the SMS was sent to you, your Aadhar was already generated. Now all you have to do is, wait for the Government of India to send it to your registered address. This usually takes a few weeks.
